Rachel Torrey is the Director of the Miss Moxie pageant. She became involved with MASP 12 years ago when her daughter first competed in the Miss Maine Sweetheart Pageant. As her daughter’s Momager, Rachel quickly became involved with volunteering, assisting with parades and helping other Mom’s with understanding their new pageant world.

 

Rachel’s background in fashion as well as her organization skills, love for helping others and managerial skills made it an easy transition to Pageant Director. Rachel has experience not only as director but also a judge, emcee, stage hand, back stage coordinator and sound tech. Coming up on her 10th year directing Rachel is excited for Maine Academic Scholarship Pageants partnership with the USA Ambassador Pageant and how that affiliation will provide a unique opportunity for all titleholders to find their passions, create new platforms, and use their voices to help and inspire others.
