Mandy McQueen - Director
Mandy has been involved in pageantry as a pageant mom, judge, coach and director for the past 23 years, and has served as a director with MASP 10 years. She is passionate about helping titleholders grow as young women and grow in service to their communities, and loves helping them prepare for the state competition each year. She says what drew her to MASP is the culture of supportive competition, having seen behind-the-scenes moments of love and support between contestants and parents that she never experienced in other pageant systems before.
Madelyn Sylvia - Assistant Director
Madelyn has been involved with pageantry for the last 12 years as a contestant, emcee, judge and walking coach. She has been an assistant director with MASP since 2022. Madelyn is the founder of The Aroostook County Snack Food Program, which collects donations and snack foods and delivers them to Aroostook County classrooms. The program she created has been the beneficiary of the Miss Aroostook Pageant since 2022. Madelyn found MASP when she was just seven years old and has continued to be involved since because of the mission of the program and lifelong friendships she's made.
Dierdre Collin- Assistant Director
Dierdre has been involved with MASP for the past 4 years as a pageant mom, coach, judge and now Assistant Director since 2025.
